New layout and Newsletter

Ok so I did yet another new layout, and this time I set it up right. I hope you guys enjoy. I also set up the new News letter who's layout was done by Marnie. I just edited it on Photoshop so it's nothing fancy but it's a start.

Anyone that wants to submit something to the newsletter please message Vinny and I'll get it all set up
